Overview

The Particle Counter uses a CMOS imaging chip to measure the number and Contamination level (ISO4406, NAS1638, SAEAS4059) of polluted particles in lube oil/hydraulic oil by size. It can also measure water contamination by mounting water sensor, which is a separate optional item. Additionally, it is portable as it has a built-in battery, and both IN LINE and bottle sampling analysis are possible. This is a measuring instrument that applies image recognition technology to exclude moisture and air bubbles from counting, which is a disadvantage of existing laser optical particle counters.

Key Features

• Relative humidity is one of major water ingress parameter that determines the performance of lubricating oil, and the presence of moisture degrade the lubricant by increasing the acid value, decreasing the viscosity.

• Most competitor designed as a built-in, but the sensor is frequently damaged. and request additional lots of oil sample.
Particle counter is designed to be able to measure oil samples separately with the on-line RH% sensor additionally.

• Once you connect the external particle counter and immerse the sensor in the sample bottle, the relative humidity is immediately measured.
